All Day Events

Free Play Boardgames

Bring your own games and come meet a friend to play with, or come with nothing and learn a game from someone who knows it well. Playing games all day is encouraged!

Board Game Library

An extensive board game library will be available for free during the event. To check out a game, see the attendants at the counter. Trade your ID for the game of your choice and play until your heart is content. When you return the game your ID will be returned.

Family Gaming

There will be a number of games set aside in the game room that are family friendly and age appropriate for the younger crowd to be enjoyed with the whole family. GTG members will be available to help you get started.

Raffles (11:30am - 7:30pm)

Tickets can be earned or purchased throughout the day and allocated to any drawing prize. A full schedule of prize specific drawing times will be posted at the event, and guests must be present to claim a raffle prize

Tournaments

Catan (11am - 7pm) Board Game Geek - Catan

The island of Catan lies before you. Your goal is to settle on Catan, and expand your territory until it becomes the largest & most glorious in Catan!

First prize: Unique trophy and a limited edition Catan Sheep pin.
Finalists will recieve a new player color set of pieces.
All players will recieve new hex pieces for their personal game copies.

If we have at least 12 participants, ages 18+, this tournament will count as a local qualifier for the 2025-2026 Championship Season.
Otherwise the tournament will be casual, completed in two rounds, and all other prizes will be awarded.

Wingspan (2pm - 4pm) Board Game Geek - Wingspan

Wingspan is a competitive, medium-weight, card-driven, engine-building board game from Stonemaier Games. You are bird enthusiasts—researchers, bird watchers, ornithologists, and collectors—seeking to discover and attract the best birds to your network of wildlife preserves.
